Down the left hand side of the page are navigational links, which have been divided into two categories, Options and Information.
By clicking on these links you will be able to use one of the services of the site or get more information on how the site works.

Under Options you are provided with the links that will aid you in making, viewing, or cancelling a reservation.

Under Tools you will be able to access availability information that will help you find an available site.

Under Information you are provided with links that will direct you to extra information about this system.

The Start Page link will always take you back to the start of the reservation process. This is a quick way back to start your search over or to check out the information that is there.
 
Browse Maps

Using browse maps you will be able to view provincial, park and campground maps, as well as obtain detailed site descriptions for each site.
While browsing maps you will not see site availability because you have not yet told the system the date you wish to camp for.

If you want to view current site availability you must use the New Reservation Link.

How to Browse Maps
  1. Click on the Browse map link.
  2. Select the region of the province you wish to visit.
  3. Select the park.
  4. Click on the campground area of the park overview map or use one of the text links to view a campground map.
  5. By clicking on a site you will be provided with a detailed site description and the option to enter date information to check for availability, or you can click on a different site to view its site description.
If you wish to continue browsing for a site in a different campground or park you follow the link back to the appropriate region, park or campground level and begin the process again.

Always remember to read the screens carefully for additional help.
 
New Reservation

The new reservation link will allow you to begin the process of booking a campsite and show current availability on the maps when you are asked to select a site.

The New Reservation link is the quickest way to book your reservation.

How to use the New Reservation link:
  1. Click on New Reservation link.
  2. Select your answer from the drop down boxes provided. You must start at the top of the page and work down the list. If a drop down box has nothing to select, you have not answered one of the questions above. If an incorrect answer is provided you will be prompted to answer the question correctly. Once all the questions have been answered click the submit button.
  3. A table will appear showing you what information has been entered and give you the opportunity to change it. The information that is still required to make a booking will be marked with a "Click here to select". Click on the "Click here to Select a Location" link to continue.
  4. Select the region you wish to visit by clicking on the map or use the text links.
  5. Select the park by clicking on a park name. Parks that are open for the dates you have selected will have a green dot. A blue dot means the park does not accept reservations for the dates you have selected, but is open for first come first served use. A red dot means the park is not open. Select a park with a green dot to continue.
  6. Click on the campground area of the park overview map or use one of the text links to select the campground to view.
  7. Campsites numbers on the map will be colored red, green or grey depending on their availability.
    • Green - For campsites that are available for the dates you have selected.
    • Red - for campsites that are not available for the selected dates.
    • Blue - for campsites that are not reservable for the selected dates.
    • Grey - for sites that cannot be reserved.
  8. By clicking on a site you will be provided with a detailed site description and the option to reserve this site, or you can click on a different site to view its site description. If a suitable site cannot be found you can use the links to change campgrounds, parks or regions.
  9. When a suitable site has been found click on the "Click here to reserve this site" link.
  10. A table will show all the information you have selected and ask you to confirm that it is correct. If the information is correct click the "Book this Reservation" button.
  11. If this is your first time you will need to complete a user profile form. If you have already registered use your email address and password to log onto the site.
  12. Once you have logged onto the system you have the option to edit your user profile or to continue with your reservation. Click "Continue with your Reservation".
  13. The system will calculate the appropriate fees and request a credit card number in order to guarantee your reservation. Once the credit card information has been entered click the "Submit Payment" button.
  14. Your request for a reservation is now being processed. A request number is generated and displayed at the top of the page. This number does not mean you have a reservation it only means that the system is attempting to complete your request for a reservation. This process can take up to 6 minutes.
  15. When the reservation request has been completed a successful reservation will return a page with a reservation confirmation table. Copy down the Booking Number and then click on the "Printable Version" link to printout confirmation page.

Users of the online reservation service will be able to log onto the system using their email address and password to view or cancel all reservations made online.

By clicking on the Booking Number of a reservation you will be able to view the details of the booking and you will be given the option to cancel the booking if you wish.
 
Park Availability

This link will display a chart showing the occupancy state of each park. The chart shows the relative availability of electrical and non-electrical sites and is sorted by geographic zone. You can use this chart if you are having problems finding a spot by selecting a park or dates that have better availability.

 
Site Availability

This link will display a chart showing the occupancy of a particular site. You can select a park and a site number to see when that site is available. Note that this tool will allow you to view availability for all sites. There may be restrictions on individual sites or on the park as a whole that prevents a reservation from being accepted on a particular site.
If you find dates that are suitable you can continue to enter them and complete your reservation.

You can also use the New Reservation link in the menu to enter dates and view a map. This will show you which sites are available for those dates.

 
Availability Grid Tool

This link will display a chart showing the occupancy of all the sites in a campground area. You can select a park and a campground area to see which sites are available during a certain time period. Note that this tool will allow you to view availability for all sites. There may be restrictions on individual sites or on the park as a whole that prevents a reservation from being accepted on a particular site.
If you find dates that are suitable you can click on the associated site number to enter those dates and complete your reservation.

You can also use the New Reservation link in the menu to enter dates and view a map. This will show you which sites are available for those specific dates.
