BC Parks: Delivering a Seamless Camping Experience
Camis and BC Provincial Parks renewed their partnership in 2022 with a goal, launch a complete reservation and management system in just 3 months, and before camping season. Working side-by-side, our teams met the deadline, and on March 15th, 2022, BC campers gained access to a modern, reliable and easy-to-use booking platform.
In its first season, the system processed over 322,000 reservations, ensuring that visitors could confidently plan their trips without disruption. To further elevate the visitor experience, BC Parks expanded the partnership to included Camis' in-house call center, providing visitors with quick access to information and support.
Today, our collaboration continues to evolve, empowering staff, reducing complexity, and making it easier than ever for visitors to explore one of Canada's most treasured park systems.
